You MUST be invited by Technical Upgrade and activate your invitation e-mail before using this subscription portal. If you do not have a valid login to the portal, please submit a help desk request and we will send your e-mail invitation.
- Technical Upgrade will receive an immediate notice to adjust your billing according to your selections. This will be reflected on your very next subscription invoice.
- Subscriptions may not be reduced until their allowable renewal date(s).
- Under "user management", you may wish to assign a user the designated license you just added. However, we recommend that you fill out a help desk request for Technical Upgrade to actually assign the added license to the specific employee.
